Chris Coltman - Partner

Chris has more than twelve years’ experience in UK and European M&A and private equity. He has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions including private and public situations, buy‐ and sell‐side, as well as joint venture establishment. Chris has advised on M&A transactions with over €40 billion of aggregate value. During that time he also structured, executed and managed principal private equity and venture capital investments in Europe, Asia and the US. Chris has advised on successfully completed transactions in the oil and gas, power, telecommunications, automotive and retail industries.
